Most Common Issues

Recharge is successful but not reflecting in FASTag Account
Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the balance to reflect in your FASTag account. If it does not reflect even after 72 hours, please raise a query.
Recharge Failed. Refund Not Received
All refunds are automated. It might take 3 - 7 Days for the money to reflect in your bank account. UPI refunds are instant.
